Editable Tutorial: How Do I Get Rid of the Blue Highlight Boxes?

Download the file to your computer and open it in Adobe Reader.  Your file might show blue boxes hovering over the text fields like this:

These boxes show you the size of the text box and where you can type.

To turn the blue boxes off (or on) go to Edit > Preferences.
Along the left side under "Categories" choose "Forms." Then to the right of that under "Highlight Color" uncheck where it says "Show border hover color for fields."
