Please note I do not license or sell the rights to any of my designs. All rights are retained by Digital Art Star and the copyright remains with Digital Art Star and any companies I might have purchased commercial-use graphics from. By purchasing these designs you are being granted permission to use the printable file(s) for your own personal use. The copyright doesn't transfer to the buyer and you may not resell or share any of the files.
Commercial use is strictly prohibited. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file(s). You may not redesign or recreate using any of my products to sell. My products are for non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for having the ability to download, unzip/extract the zip file your order will come in, and knowing how to use the files.
For EDITABLE files - you will need Adobe Reader and a computer.
I try my best to accurately portray the colors and use colors that print nicely. Colors may vary from printer to printer and may not match exactly as seen on your screen due to printer and monitor differences.
Please read the FAQ’s on my website for more information about my products and store policies.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP. I will refund your purchase if the instant download file has not been downloaded or if a preview has not yet been emailed for a personalized order. No refunds will be given if your purchase has been downloaded or emailed to you since digital files cannot be returned. You are responsible for reading ALL details before purchasing, and knowing how to download and how to use the files.
Editable files do not come with any personalization or customization included. You are responsible for knowing that you need to edit the file before you purchase it. Once a file has been downloaded, no refunds will be given. Read my editing tutorials for tips and step-by-step guides.
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, billing address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a personalized order, for example), if you contact me directly.
WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
* as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
* when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
* if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
* as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services.
DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Information about my customers is crucial for my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
* Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if it is necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide me with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, I follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
My store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In general, the third-party providers used by me will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to me.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I am required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or me. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
