You can print the file yourself from your home printer. Print your file on (full sheet) 8.5" x 11" white card stock, brochure paper, sticker paper, or photo paper.
You can take the PDF file to your local copy/print shop and have them print it for you. Just put the file on a flash drive to take with you.
Please see the individual instructions below to see which paper options are recommended for each item. Use the type of paper you prefer.
Most party printables will work with more than one type of paper. All paper needs to be full-sheet 8.5" x 11" in size.
If you prefer a more professional quality paper that prints vivid colors, upgrade to these paper choices. The paper needs to be 8.5" x 11" in size:
You will need to use a 3/4 inch circle punch (paid link) to cut out the candy stickers and a 2 inch scallop punch (paid link) or 2 inch circle punch (paid link) to cut out cupcake toppers and favor tags.
Using a punch: hold the punch upside down so you can see the sticker/tag through the hole in the punch to make sure it’s lining up properly.
Print on full sheet 8.5" x 11" sticker paper (paid link), brochure paper, photo paper, or cardstock. Cut out each label and wrap it around a bottle. Secure the ends with double-sided tape or glue (unless you used sticker paper).
** These are NOT formatted for pre-cut labels or templates. Print on full-sheet labels and cut out each label.
Waterproofing Tips
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut into columns. Use a 2" scallop punch or 2" circle punch to cut out each design. Glue or tape 4" lollipop sticks (paid link) to the back of each cut out design.
To cover the stick (optional): cut a blank white sticker out of sticker paper (the same size or smaller than the 2" cupcake topper design) to place over the stick.
To make it 2-sided (optional): glue the lollipop stick to the back of a cut-out topper design. Place a line of glue on the back of the stick and place a 2nd cut-out topper design on the glue.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper to make tent cards. Print on 8.5" x 11" sticker paper (paid link) to make labels.
Cut out each tent card and label. Fold the tent cards in half.
** These are NOT formatted for pre-cut labels or templates. Print on full-sheet paper and cut out each label or card.
Print on 8.5" x 11" photo paper, brochure paper, or sticker paper (paid link). Cut out each candy wrapper and wrap around a candy bar (mini or 1.55oz depending on your wrapper purchase). Secure the ends with permanent double-sided tape or glue (unless you used sticker paper).
* A little of the original wrapper will show on the ends (large 1.55 oz size).
* Optional: wrap the large size chocolate bar in foil (paid link) first and then put my candy wrapper over it.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out each invitation. Use a 5" x 7" envelope (A7 size) (paid link) to mail the invitations.

Square tags: print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut into columns. Use a 2" punch (paid link)to cut out each tag (some tags may not work with scallop punch). Punch a hole in the top. Use string, ribbon, or yarn to tie the tag to the present.
For hang tags, follow the above instructions but cut them out by hand or with a paper cutter.
Optional: print on 8.5" x 11" sticker paper (paid link) to make labels or stickers.
Print the candy stickers on full sheet 8.5" x 11" sticker paper (paid link). Use a 3/4" circle punch (paid link) to cut out each sticker. Peel off the backing and attach each sticker to the bottom of a chocolate drop.
Or you can glue the stickers to the bottom of the candy. Or use double-sided tape to attach them. Print on photo paper, brochure paper, or cardstock.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out each banner piece. Punch a hole in the top corners. String a ribbon through to hang. Leave plenty of ribbon at the ends of the banner for hanging.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out each bag topper. Fold the topper in half. Fill a 4" x 6" cello bag with your choice of candy. Place the folded topper over the top of the filled bag and staple each side.
Print on Avery labels with 30 per sheet. Make sure it prints at 100% or actual size.
They are compatible with these labels: 8160, 5160 (paid link).
Print on full sheet 8.5" x 11" sticker paper or weather-proof sticker paper and cut out each one. Take a picture of your baby in the onepiece bodysuit with the sticker and save it in a special milestone book.
For Iron Ons: Use the reversed images and print on 8.5" x 11" iron on transfer paper (paid link). Follow the directions that are included with your transfer paper.
Print on 8.5” x 11” card stock or photo paper. Cut out each cupcake wrapper. Wrap the cupcake wrapper around a regular-size cooked and frosted cupcake. Secure the ends with permanent double-sided tape.
Or, before placing around a cupcake, secure the ends. Then carefully place cooked cupcake inside. You can frost the cupcakes first or wait until you put the cupcakes in the wrappers and then frost them.
** THESE ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS A BAKING CUP.
Print on 8.5" x 11" sticker paper (paid link), card stock, or photo paper and cut out each straw flag. Place permanent double-sided tape on the back side of the flags (unless using sticker paper). Fold the flags over straws and press together. Cut out a triangle from the ends to make the cute flag shape.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out. Put the sign in a pretty picture frame (or put a large piece of construction or scrapbook paper behind it) and hang it on your wall or door. Some signs are meant to be put on the table (in picture frames) to give instructions to guests.
Print on 8.5” x 11” card stock or brochure paper. Cut out each napkin ring. Wrap around a napkin filled with silverware. Secure the ends with permanent double-sided tape. If they are too long, just trim the ends on each side to get the desired length.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out the bingo games and lists. Give each party guest 1 bingo game, 1 list, and a pen or marker. Have the guest write her ideas for what she thinks the mommy-to-be or bride-to-be will receive as a present on the bingo game in the empty boxes. As the mommy-to-be or bride-to-be opens the present, the guests mark off the presents on their bingo games. The first guest to get 5 in a row wins. Prepare a prize for the winner.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out each guessing card and the sign. Fill a pretty jar or container with your choice of candy. (A baby bottle would be super cute for a baby shower!) Place the sign near the filled jar of candy. During the party, guests fill out their card with how many candies they think are in the jar. Closest guess wins! Prepare a prize for the winner.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out each game card. Guests fill out the card by unscrambling the words. First person with all the correct answers wins. Or person to get the most right within a time limit wins. Prepare a prize for the winner.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out the raffle tickets and sign. Include a raffle ticket with the invitations you send to your shower guests. Place the sign near the container at the party that you will use to collect the raffle tickets. Prepare a prize for the winner.
Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut out each one. Guests fill out the predictions during the baby shower and have fun sharing their predictions with everyone. The mom can announce the winner after the baby is born and can give a prize if she wants. Then the parents can save the predictions in a special album or keepsake box.
