How long will it take to receive your order?

Standard Turnaround Time

The preview or file will be emailed the next business day after purchase during these times:

  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 8pm EDT

The item must be purchased by 11:59 EDT to receive it the next day or the order will be considered received the next day and you'll get it the day after. 

 

Turnaround Time for Rush Orders

Same-day and/or weekend RUSH processing is available.

I will rush your order during my extended rush processing times:

  • Monday - Saturday: 9am - 9pm EDT
  • Sunday: 2pm - 9pm EDT

Choose RUSH from the drop-down menu on the personalized listing.

 

Instant Downloads

Instant downloads are available as soon as your payment clears.  The above only refers to items that come with personalization included, or to custom color changes on instant downloads (ask first).
